As Manager of the Information Systems Department, I authored the Technology Plan as well as the related policies and procedures. This endeavor resulting in agency receiving favorable comments in the Information Technology portion of the CARF process.
I trained clinical staff on proper usage of CPT codes so that the agency could maximize its revenue attributable to services provided by clinical staff that are billed to various insurers.
I gave a multimedia-enriched presentation on monitoring staff productivity. My target audience was the clinical management team and the presentation was entitled What Have You Done for me Lately (with musical intro and outro by Janet Jackson).
